Is PrimePlug live today?
PrimePlug is in its pre-launch phase. The listener and Studio products are in development, and catalogue availability will depend on completed licensing and launch readiness. This site introduces the model and invites founding-partner conversations.
How does the artist-side allocation work?
Under the proposed model, each active paid artist subscription allocates $0.24 per month to the authorised artist-side contracting payee. The payee handles its own private agreements and distributions. Actual payment terms, adjustments and applicable obligations will be defined in the governing agreements.
What does a listener pay?
The proposed price is $0.36 per selected artist per month, with one consolidated monthly payment. The final listener experience and availability will be communicated before launch.
Does an artist get a $0.24 allocation for every stream?
No. The illustration is based on eligible active paid artist subscriptions, not stream counts. Streaming-service royalty pools use different models and cannot be compared as guaranteed per-stream payments.
Can a label or manager manage multiple artists?
The planned PrimePlug Studio experience is designed for verified labels and management companies to administer multiple artists. Each artist relationship and catalogue authority still needs appropriate documentation.
Are any named artists founding partners?
No artist or company is represented as a partner unless PrimePlug announces that relationship with permission. Names and faces in visual reference material are illustrative and do not indicate endorsement.
